What is DirectAI?

So let's start from the beginning.

Transport Management System, but not only

DirectAI will be TMS, WMS and CRM in one system, so simply small ERP.

Based on AI system it will bring simple user experience, high performance and functionalities fitted to the user, along with predicting future statistics of company.

We want to provide as many as possible adjustments to our target audience.

Engine for your company

One of the most important idea when designing DirectAI is integration with variant systems. We will provide connection, through API, which will allow to transfer data between DirectAI and other systems. That will make DirectAI your possible backoffice.

How exactly will DirectAI look?

DirectAI contains essentially three apps.

DirectTrack

New generation of TMS

An application, which will handle your logistics, plan your supplies, assign vehicles and routes moreover optimize it all. Thanks to the AI it will do better every time.

Logistics can be also managed from user accounts.

DirectTrack will also have the most important thing for us - Data analysis and reports, because the key is not only to be good, but also to try to be better. Thanks to its advanced analysis, DirectAI will help you aspire to this.

DirectTrack will also have a dedicated mobile app for drivers and couriers, which will assure data validity. Based on our generated barcodes with labels, your data will be available instantly.

DirectStore

Data oriented WMS.

An application which will lay out, visualize and legibly assume your warehouses on your screen

This dedicated mobile app will assure live access for you and your employees (depending on the settings) to the state of your warehouse.

DirectDesk

Customizable CRM.

An application for managing sales, customers and primarily noticing chances and weaknesses of your company.

In DirectDesk we focus on flexibility and configurability, because we know that customer relations is an area that isn't one-dimensional.

DirectDesk will work with customers and contractors.

So one system or three?

One. Our applications aren't just integrated. They're almost one.

The applications work on the same data, but separate areas of business management, are separate applications.

And that's all?

Almost, because we have one more panel, which is an addition to each of our apps.

DirectAdmin

DirectAdmin is a modern admin panel which will allow to configure and customize the whole system. That's the place providing management of employees, permissions and limits.

And who can use it?

Why more of the same?

This is the question that was in our head since the beginning of designing DirectAI and the answer is simple: not the same.

This is the first system with such a target, moreover it's based on AI.

DirectAI will allow you to manage companies like no other system. It will be above all a modern product, which will be more similar to a web app than to one of the old, inconvenient systems.

And what is the DirectAI superiority?

But other systems have a lot of necessary functionalities

Every TMS, WMS or CRM has a certain base of functionality, and we appreciate consistency and the quality of what already exists, so of course the system will also have traditional functionalities, but in a new version.
